MSU Group Fitness (February) Private Group
MSU Group Fitness is a great way to relieve stress and get fit! This class is tailored for all fitness levels including beginners, and all shapes and sizes are welcome! So whether you're an energizer bunny or an idle bug, this class is for YOU! Join Kimberly for a 45 minute full body work-out that focuses on toning and sculpting the body using light weights, paired with low impact cardio, core and stretching.
